1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange. After the 30-day period, we will not accept returns.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., cables, manuals, etc.).
  • The product must not have been damaged or altered in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Products that have been used or worn (such as headphones or wearables that have been opened and used).
  • Products that have been personalized or customized.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@hamito.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully package the product and send it back to us using the provided shipping details. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@hamito.xyz to initiate the process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@hamito.xyz. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

8. Warranty

All products sold by hamito.xyz come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For any warranty claims or product issues after the return period, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance.
